We are pleased to share the successful implementation of our first secondment at Aston University, the coordinator of the FORCE HORIZON-MSCA project. The secondment provided an opportunity to work closely with our colleagues at Aston University, exchange knowledge and perspectives, and strengthen collaboration within the FORCE consortium.
We don’t see secondments as mobility activities, they create opportunities for exchanging expertise, challenging perspectives and translating research into practical impact. This knowledge exchange is at the heart of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Staff Exchanges programme and an important part of the FORCE project (https://force-msca.eu/index.php).
At Vernian, we consider collaboration between research and industry as an essential element in addressing emerging challenges around AI, digital finance, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance. Working directly with our research partners allows our team to connect new knowledge and technological developments with the practical realities faced by organisations.
We would like to sincerely thank the Aston University team, particularly Prof. Vladlena Benson MBE, our project coordinator, and Bogdan Adamyk, for the collaboration, knowledge exchange and warm welcome throughout the secondment.
We look forward to building on the insights gained, continuing the exchange of knowledge across the FORCE consortium and contributing to the development of future-ready, compliant and trustworthy solutions.
